This is a standard .NET error message for when it can find a library, in this case "FSharp.Compiler.dll". Have you run the msi installer or one of the installer batch files? If not this should fix the problem.

Yes I install F# enveronment due msi install process. fsc.exe and VS 2005 work ok. But fsi.exe raise this error ubder run.
I check FSharp.Compiler.dll present in the bin folder.

Now all ok. Problem was related with corrupted .zip archive. After reget and install all ok.
