Your files should be given in order "logging.fsi" "logging.fs" "misc.fs", since Misc uses Logging.

Adjust the order of your files (by editing the project file: right click on the project, choose "unload project", right click again and choose "Edit test.fsharpp", adjust the order of entries, reload the project).

The error message could certainly be better here. Indeed in this case the compiler could swallow the error without causing compilation to stop (that's what it used to do before 1.9.1)

Okay, I see. Thanks for the response.

In my real program I have a mutual dependency between the two modules, so I'll need to rethink things.
