There aren't any such guidelines, but it can certainly causes ambiguities if there are clashing implementations. I would prefix community extensions with your own top-level name (yielding a format like XXX.WebSharper.MyExtension), or use a generic holder namespace like in WebSharper.Community.MyExtension, in which case we should aim to collect these extensions under a single organization.

I just created https://github.com/websharper-extensions for this purpose, feel free to join that and add your repository there, using the WebSharper.Community.XXX format for the namespace.
