I was just wondering if WenSharper has something already crafted to do so.

I'll take a look at the WebSocket avenue, or maybe even SignalR (which use webSocket) I think I saw a few example on using SignalR + F#.

You can soon connect UI.Next data models with automatic server-side persistence, so data will be synched between tiers "out of the box."

If you are hosting your application with Owin, then the best way to do this is using WebSockets with WebSharper.Owin.WebSocket, which provides client-side and server-side agents interacting via WebSockets.
