Sorry for the delay. This turned out to be a subtle error in the handling of payments. Should be fixed now but the patch is not live yet but your issue should be resolved soon.
Go to your licenses and follow the instructions. You have to add a NuGet feed and then you will be able to add your packages from that feed.
