Hello World example not working

Hi,

Following the examples I was not able to get Hello World example to work when defined like this:

The alternative does work though:

Why does the first version not produce the proper min.js? Here is the last generated line for the first case:

The critical part, AppendTo("entrypoint"), is missing from the first version.
