If you are considering doing F# compilation on the client in JavaScript, good luck ;) You may want to look at CloudSharper, which implements an F# web IDE with F# Interactive and full code assistance, but it requires a local server component to work with the web interface. So essentially, there is no "remote server" to do the job, but it is nonetheless a server running on your own machine.

Now, CloudSharper can soon alleviate the need for you to run the local server and instead provide that in a cloud-hosted infrastructure, but this is an upcoming feature and will be premium.
