Finally, I reply to myself :)
I solved the problem a while ago, not knowing how till now
I found the answer here, it was because of a bug in PTVS which superceded F# files as in Python environment (and now, I know I solved it while updating PTVS)
Maybe it'll be useful for anyone with the same problem.

What happens if you start with an F# project first?
The problem is, I can't really know for sure because from now, every F# project I create does'nt have syntax so in first, in last or alone, it doesn't change anything.
For testing I tried to make a copy of one of my existing F# project (which behaves correctly) but when I opened the copy, it lost his syntax too and the original still behaves correctly ... it's weird :(

First, sorry for my english :)
Today, I tried to create a Visual Studio solution with several projects (1 for each .Net language: C#, VB.Net, Cpp (Win32 Console), Python and of course F#).
I started with a blank solution and added projects (C# VB.Net Cpp first, then F# and lastly Python)
When I added F#, I saw that I've lost the syntax highlighting (and the comment appearing in Program.fs has 3 errors for Visual Studio)
I thought "ok it doesn't like that ; no problem I keep F# apart" but from that moment every F# project react the same way (except those which were created before)
I tried restoring the default Visual Studio settings, I even tried a repair install but still the same.
My tries of search with Google were unsuccessfull, so here I am.
For info even if VS tells me nearly all code is error, it compiles and executes (interactively or not) as if all were normal ; so it's not a huge problem but it makes debugging a lot more hurtfull.
